Welding Apprenticeship Program

The Welding Apprenticeship Program consists of two years of content and is primarily taught through hands-on application. In the first year, students learn the basics of MIG, TIG and stick welding. In year two, they continue to refine their techniques with an emphasis on welding needed for the Construction/Remodeling Trades. Content heavily focuses on safety, technique and the skills needed for various certifications throughout the program.

Program Details

  • 26 weeks per year for two years
  • Students can complete one year or two, depending upon their specific career intentions. Students who complete both years of the program are recognized as graduates.

156 hours per year

6-9pm, 2 nights per week
