Facilities Maintenance & Remodeling Program
Our Facilities Maintenance & Remodeling Program is a two-year program providing a comprehensive exploration of the skills and trades needed to maintain facilities. The curriculum includes units in plumbing, electric, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, grounds maintenance, weatherization and welding. Throughout the program, students are taught the importance of safety and excellence in customer service.

Program Details
- 26 weeks per year for two years
- Students can complete one year or two, depending upon their specific career intentions. Students who complete both years of the program are recognized as graduates.
Minimum of 144 per year
6-9pm, 2 nights per week
Enzweiler Building Institute Certificate
$3,215 per Academic Year Includes:
- Tuition: $2,750
- Consumable Materials: $150
- Textbooks: $165
- OSHA-10 Certification: $100
- CPR Training: $50
