Diesel Mechanics for Construction

Most large vehicles used in construction are powered by diesel engines. Our 2-year program will be housed in our soon-to-open lab facility and will prepare students to work with large and heavy engines. Content will also provide a general working knowledge of how these systems interact with the vehicle. Depending on his or her specific job, a diesel mechanic specializing in this field may either work in a shop or travel to the work site.
