The BIA-NKY works closely with the Kentucky Career Center network to help connect workers to career opportunities in high-demand fields like construction. Use the link below to access resources available for both job seekers and employers.

and Technical College

The BIA-NKY has several articulation agreements with Gateway that enable graduates of our licensed-trades programs to enter Gateway with 30+ credit hours. Students from Boone County high schools in the Introduction to the Skilled Construction Trades program at the BIA receive high school credit for their participation. Families should contact their guidance counselor for more information about the program.

University Partners

We support the work of the NKY Education Council and participate closely in their activities. The Northern Kentucky Education Council is the backbone organization for alignment of education initiatives in Northern Kentucky. 

We also support and encourage students to continue their education to the bachelor level and beyond to attain their career goals. The following regional universities offer degree programs in Construction Management that enable students to advance to the highest levels of construction companies. Interested students are encouraged to contact these institutions directly regarding admission and degree requirements.
