Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Apprenticeship Program

HVAC Apprenticeship Program prepares students to work as field technicians and installers. The curriculum is continually revised to satisfy today’s workforce needs and to prepare students for the International Code Council (ICC) Journeyman Technicians Exam. The program blends hands-on application on a variety of furnace and air conditioning units with classroom time focused on the topics necessary for the examination. Students are also prepared to complete the EPA 608 examinations.

Students attend class two nights per week from 6 to 9 p.m. for two years. In addition to hands-on application, the program focuses on key components of theory necessary for the examination.
